While control might well be an illusion, it is a lofty one–and illusions
can be rather fun. [1]_ In a world with emergent artificial intelligence
and self-driving cars, being overwhelmed by a lack of understanding and
control is natural. Rather than accept this ignorance as our reality, we
can fight back with comprehension and compassion.
